Pre-Opened VCI Bags On A Roll

VCI pre-opened bags on a continuous roll feature Daubert Cromwell’s corrosion inhibiting chemistry in a convenient, labor-saving format. Our VCI bags on a roll are designed to run on semi-or and fully automated bagging equipment.

Pre-opened bags contain a proprietary blend of Daubert Cromwell chemicals that inhibit corrosion on most metals. The corrosion inhibitors are extruded into the film, not superficially applied. Through volatilization and contact, the VCI chemicals protect the metal parts against the corrosive effects of moisture and other contaminants.

These rust inhibitor bags are available with a variety of features including adhesive closures, hang holes, headers, and more. Sizes range from 2” to 18” wide and 2.5” to just about any length.
